White Water Rafting
Have you ever rowed a boat? There's is a extreme spot that also take place on a boat, but it's mush harder than rowing a boat. This sport is called White Water Rafting. White Water Rafting is a sport on a river. The river usually has very large rocks. This sport is called White Water Rafting because when the water goes over the rocks, they turn white.
A raft is a long, flat boat. There're usually five or six person on each raft. At the beginning, the boat moves slowing on the calm water. However, the raft starts to travel quicker and quicker on faster parts of the river. As the raft is moving, people on the raft must control it. They have to avoid crashing on the rocks and other obstacles. And they must not let the raft fall over. Some people often fall into the river, but it is not a problem, they could just climb back to the raft. Even if you don't fall into the river, you get very, very wet.
You don't need to practice rafting for a long period. White water Rafting is fun, but not dangerous.
